Vice Chairperson
Kevin Kwateng Amanin is in his final year of Civil Engineering at McGill University where he specializes in structural design and transportation systems. Kevin’s short term goal is to work in an engineering consulting firm. Whereas, his long term goals are to earn an MBA and either hold a managerial position in an engineering company or start a business of his own.
In his spare time, he enjoys time with family and friends, cooking, working out and yoga. He has been a part of NSBE since 2010 and is going into his second term as Vice President of the McGill Chapter. He is also a very active member of the wider community. Kevin is a member of community executive boards such as that of the West Island Black Community Association (WIBCA), Comité de vigilance en matière de relation avec la communauté (RAC), and English Montreal School Board (EMSB) as a tutor and mentor. He understands that he has been blessed with many opportunities, therefore, he wants to inspire and motivate the youth and lead the community by example as your Vice Chairperson for 2012
